PROJECT MANAGEMENT
What makes Williams Engineering Canada prominent in the consulting engineering industry is our multi-disciplinary approach to client service. Every project has a dedicated engineer and project manager who work seamlessly together, listening to and communicating with the client, drawing in other engineering and design professionals while efficiently moving the project forward. We employ sustainability conscious designers and project teams to help our clients source the sustainable solution.
Our project management professionals help our clients undertake complex projects. We work with our clients to identify project requirements, we establish clear and achievable objectives, and we develop and deliver a comprehensible strategy that will enable project success. By assuming day to day project responsibilities, our project managers continually balance the competing demands for quality, scope, time, and cost associated with any project.
We believe in building strong relationships with our clients, one where we listen and then deliver comprehensive advice and solutions. This belief in relationship building and clear communication with our clients is ultimately what helps us ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the criteria necessary for success.

Many of these issues are interrelated (i.e., intake sedimentation affecting water quality).
