» Project Details

As part of Williams Engineering Canada Inc.'s existing relationship with the communities of the Paintearth region, our firm was asked to provide conceptual planning, design, and engineering services for the new County of Paintearth municipal office and planned light industrial/highway commercial sub-division. Williams Engineering produced the conceptual plan for the phased development of the site which at build-out will be home to the municipal office, a truck stop serving the high-load Highway 36 corridor, and 15 Light Industrial/Highway Commercial lots.

Our conceptual plan for the development was approved in spring 2009 and site work commenced early summer 2009. Our team has also completed the civil detailed design including grading plan, site servicing plan, landscaping, internal transportation design, and the design for the required on-site portable water storage reservoir. Our firm also prepared the required Stormwater Management Plan and Traffic Impact Assessment, both of which have received the required approvals from the appropriate provincial authorities.
