Bell West Inc. is one of Canada’s largest telecommunications providers. Over the past several years, Williams and Bell West Inc. have worked together to develop Canadian communications infrastructure, strengthening systems and expanding capacity.
The Edmonton office required upgrades to their building to facilitate increased capacity and contracted Williams to provide designs for a new Point of Presence (POP). Four years after the successful completion of the POP site, our firm was again enlisted to provide designs to double the space, as Bell West made appropriate adjustments to keep pace with growing demand in Alberta. In the same year, we also performed significant upgrades to the POP, including forty tons of cooling capacity with 100% redundant backup.
Most recently, we have provided tenant improvement design services for the site.
