As a request from Maverick Equties Inc., Williams Engineering completed the necessary planning design, documents, and approvals, including conceptual servicing for lands located to the west of Stoney Plain in Parkland County, Alberta, legally known as NE-3-53-1-W5M.
The site was designed and ideally situated for county residential land use. Williams Engineering worked closely with both Parkland County and an environmental agency to ensure the on-site environmentally sensitive features were incorporated into the subdivision design from the initial stages of the project. A comprehensive outline plan was developed for the plan area, moving it successfully through the subdivision approval process.
A stormwater management report, domestic groundwater evaluation, shallow water table investigation, biophysical assessment, phase I environmental site assessment, hydro-geotechnical report, and traffic impact assessment were completed for the proposed development.
