Situated in Central Alberta approximately 100 kilometers south of Edmonton, Chicken Hill Residential Subdivision is a fifty lot residential subdivision on the northeast perimeter of Ponoka, Alberta.
The area is well known amongst residents, due to the subdivision’s lofty location directly on a former family-run chicken farm. Developers Dave and Eric Hyink chose to keep the whimsical name to commemorate the history of their family’s farm endeavors.
Our Firm completed Phase One (nine lots) of the civil engineering work in the fall of 2007, including site grading, deep and shallow utilities (water, sanitary sewer, and electrical designs) as well as providing construction services including survey and site inspections.
The construction of Phase Two (41 lots) will be complete in the fall of 2008 – ready for the construction of homes. Our firm's continuing role will be to complete all site grading, utility design work, roadwork (including concrete, sidewalks, and roads), and design and construction services.
