In this two phase project, Williams continued to assist Diavik Diamond Mines Inc. to develop its operation in the high arctic at Lac De Gras, Northwest Territories.

Phase I consisted of structural, mechanical, electrical, and architectural designs, drawings, specifications, and coordination for the construction of a 112 man, mine-dry camp and offices. Phase II includes site coordination, construction support, and inspections at the mine site in order to guarantee the quality, time line, and cost of setting up the new buildings.

This project was designed to seamlessly integrate with existing structures on site and includes provisions for future expansion to allow further development of the Diavik mine site.
