FACILITY CONSULTING
We love taking what is considered old and making it new again. Williams Engineering consults on existing buildings, in a wide range of ages and needs, to make them more functional, efficient, and cost-effective. We take outdated or poorly performing building exteriors and complete a full restoration to make them more efficient and aesthetically pleasing. We also work behind the scenes to ensure buildings operate more efficiently. We can complete an energy analysis, replace and upgrade heating and cooling systems, and renew, retrofit, and repair electrical systems.
When property is bought or sold, or when its value needs to be assessed, Williams Engineering delivers peace of mind. Our team of specialists and experts evaluate and comment on the condition or value of a property and can perform various life cycle replacement studies. Using technology, practical thinking, and our multi-disciplinary approach, we give existing buildings a new lease on life.
