Congratulations to Kimberly Mowat, the winner of the inaugural national Allen D. Williams Scholarship Foundation Award.
The award is presented to a young professional employed by an ACEC member firm who has demonstrated a commitment to industry initiatives, the ability to work as a team player in furthering industry goals, and is involved in volunteer activities that contribute to the industry.
The Allen D. Williams Scholarship Foundation was created in memory of Allen Williams, ACEC chair from 2004-2005 and CEA President from 1999-2000. This year’s scholarship will fund registration, airfare, and accommodations at the International Federation of Consulting Engineers conference this September in New Delhi, India.
