In mid November, Williams Engineering Canada had the pleasure of attending and hosting a tradeshow booth at the 37th annual Geoscience Forum in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories.
The Geoscience Forum is the largest convention north of 60° and the third largest mining forum in Canada. It accommodates over 800 delegates who attend the tradeshow portion of the forum and the technical sessions. The goal of this forum is to unite geologists, geophysicists, mining engineers, prospectors, and various other professionals within the mining and exploration development sector.
This forum was an excellent opportunity for Williams Engineering Canada representatives to continue to build relationships with both local and national clients and to promote our services within the mining industry.
Our solid 22 year presence in the north has made our firm an authority on above-ground arctic buildings including mine camps and storage facilities; tank farms; fire suppression systems; power system development plans; mining infrastructure; and civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and environmental engineering.
We are proud to support this event and are looking forward to being a key participant in next year’s forum.
