Williams Engineering Canada Will Occupy First & Jasper Building in Edmonton

Williams Engineering Canada will be the first tenant at the First & Jasper building, currently owned and operated by GE Capital Real Estate, located at 10065 Jasper Avenue in Edmonton, Alberta after the current building undergoes a major facelift beginning in 2011.

This move enables Williams Engineering Canada to continue to support and enhance the revitalization and development of Edmonton’s downtown core. Part of the renovation and expansion includes a sustainable building design that incorporates converting the existing building into a LEED^®-EB Gold certified office building.

Naseem Bashir, President of Williams Engineering Canada says, “As members of the Downtown Business Association, we are committed to enhancing our city’s downtown and supporting our current viable business community today and in the future.” The new location will allow Williams Engineering Canada to occupy 33,000 square feet of office space during a 10 year lease. As downtown Edmonton tenants for the past 33 years, Williams Engineering Canada is proud to be part of the city’s latest downtown real estate development while remaining in the heart of the city.
